Full course description
Collaboration goes beyond sharing ideas or workload. It is a mindset that opens doors to new opportunities for professional growth, broadens perspectives around meeting the needs of all learners, and sparks innovation in problem-solving. Educators who approach their work through a collaborative mindset invite colleagues, parents, and students to bring their ideas, experiences, and perspective to the work of helping every student be their best selves. This workshop focuses on strategies for developing a collaborative mindset, and practical skills for how to collaborate as a way to achieve your professional and classroom goals.
